- Launch the program and choose one of the tabs: either "Convert one file" or "Convert many files";
- Click "Browse" button to select the original file you want to convert;
- Choose "convert to images" option from the list;
- Now simply press "Convert" button and SWF & FLV Toolbox will convert your file to the desired format.

However, if you want to customize the output you can always click "Show Advanced Settings" option and apply any of the following settings:

- Choose the destination folder for converted images;
- Choose whether to convert to JPEG, GIF, BMP or animated GIF;
- Make the result loop continuously (for animated GIF)

- Now just press "Convert" button and wait for "File converted successfully" message;
